This home is your escape to the beach, kayaking (we provide two kayaks), or simply sitting on our elevated deck and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the ocean. You are 1/2 mile from Town Beach at Matunuck (South Kingstown Town Beach), and less than 3/4 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. There is also a fishing area less than a 3-minute walk down the street. This is also a great area for bicycling (we provide bikes). This house has a modern kitchen for cooking large family meals along with a large pantry closet, an open dining room leading to a relaxing living room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, a master suite overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a master bath, 2 other large bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and did we mention spectacular Ocean views! We provide everything for a great beach vacations: We provide linens and towels as well as 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Backpack Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella, 1 Rolling Cooler, 1 Beach Stroller, 2 Boogie Boards, 1 Beach Tote as well as a Corn Hole game and 2 Kayaks! Newport is just a short 35 minute drive. The Block Island Ferry is only 20 minutes away. East Matunuck Beach is a 5 mile drive or a 3/4 mile walk along the beach South Kingstown Town Beach is a 10 minute walk Green Hill Beach is 5 miles away Charlestown Beach is 7 Miles away Narragansett Town Beach is only a 15 minute drive away Foxwoods Casino is a quick 45 minute drive Guests will have access to the entire house.
