We manage 19 vacation rentals across Narragansett and South Kingstown, ranging from 2 to 8 bedrooms and sleeping from 8 up to 16 guests.
Are your vacation rentals pet-friendly?
Yes — every home we manage is pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog. Any specific pet details for a home are noted on its listing, or just ask us.
How do I book a vacation rental?
You can book directly with us on most homes using the 'Book Direct' button on each property page — with no platform fees — or through the home's Airbnb or VRBO listing. You can also check live availability across all 19 homes on the availability calendar.
Are there booking or service fees?
When you book directly on our website, there are no added platform service fees. If you book through Airbnb or VRBO, those platforms add their standard fees.
What is the minimum stay?
In July and August, stays are typically Saturday-to-Saturday with a one-week minimum. Spring, fall, and off-season stays are more flexible — check the calendar for any specific home.
How many guests can the homes accommodate?
Our homes range from cozy 2-bedroom cottages to large 8-bedroom houses, sleeping anywhere from 8 to 16 guests depending on the property.
What beaches are near your rentals?
Depending on the home, you're minutes from Narragansett Town Beach, Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Salty Brine, and — in South Kingstown — East Matunuck State Beach, Matunuck Beach, and Roy Carpenter's Beach.
Do you offer property management for homeowners?
Yes. We provide full-service vacation rental management for owners in Narragansett and South Kingstown — cleaning, guest communication, maintenance, listing optimization, and commission-free direct bookings with Rhode Island taxes handled automatically.
